Welcome to VanguardGeo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, platform, and services—including our self-paced Basic and Intermediate GIS courses and live, advanced sector-specific training—you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Use of Our Services

  • You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account.

  • You agree to use VanguardGeo only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

  • We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our courses for your personal learning only.

2. Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • You agree not to share your account with others.

3. Courses and Content

  • Self-paced courses (Basic & Intermediate) are available on-demand once purchased or enrolled.

  • Live advanced courses may be delivered via video conferencing or other online platforms.

  • All course materials, including videos, documents, datasets, and quizzes, are owned by VanguardGeo or our content providers and are protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without our prior written consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Prices are listed in pounds  and may be subject to taxes depending on your location.

  • Once the payment is made it is non refundable for both Self paced and Live courses. 

5. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree:

  • Not to upload or share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

  • Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

  • Not to use our courses for commercial training without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We aim to provide accurate and high-quality GIS training, but we do not guarantee that the content will always be error-free or meet every learner’s expectations.

  • Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • VanguardGeo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the VanguardGeo platform—including course materials, branding, graphics, videos, and software—is the intellectual property of VanguardGeo or our licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without our written consent.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse our platform, or engage in prohibited conduct.

  • Upon termination, your right to access courses and materials will immediately end.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” By continuing to use the platform, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By accessing and using VanguardGeo from anywhere in the world, you agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
